The 37,800 sq ft luxury office space is now ready for lease. Set over 7 floors with spectacular views over Leeds City Centre, it really is a project we are proud of! The 8 month contract started in October 2021 for our repeat client, BAM Construction and has finished on time and on budget. With the majority of the floors having lots of open and similar space, attention to detail was second to none with work quality assessed every day by the onsite, Brebur, CEG and BAM management teams. Globe Point is the first flat iron building to be built in Leeds since 1875 and is the heart of Temple district which shapes the South Bank area of leeds.
