We are delighted to have commenced work on Throstle Rec Extra Care Home & Residential Scheme in Leeds on behalf of Wates. The project consists of 116 energy efficient & affordable council homes alongside a 60 bedroom extra care facility for the elderly & vulnerable. The first fix partition walling and SFS supplied by Siniat started in February. Jordan Agnew has been appointed Site Manager with Dave Owens overseeing the project.
